The Guam Department of Education's website is required to be in compliance with Section 504 and Title II of the Rehabilitation Act. Section 504 requires equal access and communication of electronic information and data so that it is accessible to people with disabilities. The district is utilizing the WCAG 2.0 Level AA Guidelines to meet Section 504 requirements.
