RFP 001-2023 District Wide Assessment

The Guam Department of Education (GDOE) is seeking proposals from eligible bidders to provide the district with a State-Wide Summative and Interim Assessment System and testing materials in the implementation of the 1) Smarter Balanced Summative Assessment system and materials assessing students in grades 3-8 and high school in the areas of English/Language Arts and Math; 2) Smarter Balanced Interim Assessment system and materials for assessing students in grades 3-8 and high school in the areas of English/Language Arts and Math; 3) Accuplacer Assessment system and materials for assessing students in high school; and 4) Science assessments aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards for assessing students in grades 3-8 and high school.
