RFP 004-2023 Professional Development for State Performance Plan & Technical Support for Special Education Part C - Guam Early Intervention Systems (GEIS)

The US Department of Education has determined that Guam Department of Education (GDOE) "needs assistance" in implementing the requirements of the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for Part C programs with its annual submission of its State Performance Plan (SPP)/Annual Performance Report (APR). Professional Development Services & Technical Support to provide the Division of Special Education in meeting Guam Part C - Guam Early Intervention System reporting requirements related to the Part C State Performance Plan (SPP)/Annual Performance Report (APR) inclusive of the State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP).
