Welcome

Guam Crime Stoppers relies on cooperation among the police, media and the community at large to provide a flow of information about crimes and criminals. Crime Stoppers encourages residents of Guam to assist local law enforcement agencies in the fight against crime by overcoming the two key elements that inhibit community involvement: fear and apathy.

As per Board Policy 472 and SOP 1200-008, all Guam Department of Education schools are required to establish a Crime Stoppers Program at their schools that allows students and community to submit anonymous tips.  The objectives of the program are as follows:

  • To educate schools on the Board Policy and Standard Operating Procedures governing the School Crime Stoppers Program
  • For each school to establish a crime reporting program that provides a safe learning environment for everyone.
  • Encourage students and community to submit anonymous tips using either a tip box or the P3 app
  • Empower students and community with a sense of ownership knowing that something will be done to address crime in schools and in Guam.

The Web Tip

Tipsters have the option of providing on-line information simply by clicking the "Give a tip" button on any page. The process is completely secure and anonymous and is an effective and efficient means of safely communicating with Crime Stoppers. The unique integrated two-way dialog capability allows the tipster to come back and provide additional information to their tip at any time. It also provides a secure means for the call center to ask questions or provide reward information back to the tipster through the same secure and encrypted interface.  To submit a web tip, please click on the link below that will take you to the Guam Crime Stoppers website.
