The Guam Department of Education would like to recognize two of our own, Deputy Superintendent of Finance and Administrative Services Dr. Zenaida Asuncion and Auditor III Joy Bulatao, as Certified Government Financial Managers (CGFM). 

Certified Government Financial Manager is a professional certification awarded by the Association of Government Accountants, demonstrating competency in governmental accounting, auditing, financial reporting, internal controls and budgeting.
