Enterprise Asset Management System, is a series of processes, and an asset management tool (MAXIMO), that helps manage assets more effectively from cradle to grave.
What is MAXIMO?
MAXIMO is an IBM Computerized Asset Maintenance System.
It stores and maintains data about the school district’s facilities, assets, and inventory. This information can be used to help schedule maintenance work, track equipment status, manage inventory and resources, and analyze costs.
