As part of the Federal Programs Division’s ongoing efforts to strengthen coordination, accountability, and transparency, the updated Consolidated Grant Personnel Directory has been released and is now available for download. This directory reflects the most recent organizational alignment and outlines the assigned personnel responsible for managing each project under the U.S. Department of Education Consolidated Grant.
The directory provides a clear listing of State Program Officers (SPOs), State Finance Officers (SFOs), and Project Leads for all Consolidated Grant projects, as well as designated contacts for Non-Public Schools and the Federal Programs Division’s administrative, fiscal, and compliance teams. By making this information accessible, the Division aims to promote efficiency in communication, ensure that project responsibilities are easily identifiable, and support timely coordination between internal GDOE offices such as Procurement, Financial Affairs, and Curriculum & Instruction.
This update represents FPD’s continued commitment to improving internal controls and grant management processes across all federally funded programs. The directory will be periodically updated to reflect personnel changes or revised project assignments, ensuring that stakeholders always have access to the most accurate and up-to-date contact information.
