The Guam Department of Education’s Early Childhood Education (ECE) encompasses all programs and services for children from kindergarten through grade three. The Early Childhood Education programs include addressing students that are second language learners; teaching to the K-3 Content Standards & Performance Indicators; and assessing students at their developmental level.
